The six schools are the ones marked conference on Shamokin's 2026 schedule: Shikellamy, Jersey Shore, Central Mountain, Selinsgrove, and Williamsport. The league column counts only games among those six on the PHAC weekly scoreboards through Oct. 9. Oct. 16 games were outside the group, including Shamokin 65, Hanover Area 14.

MaxPreps on Oct. 20, 2026 showed a shorter Heartland I table: Shamokin 5-0 in conference and 8-0 overall, Shikellamy 2-1 and 7-1, Williamsport 1-1 and 6-2, and no other teams. Those conference figures do not include every Division I final on the PHAC boards, so they are not the table above. The Sun-Gazette headline for Oct. 9 read 48-14. The PHAC scoreboard says 48-13.
